Video Presentation
I have created an engaging video presentation to effectively communicate the details and objectives of the project. The video includes a compelling script, fitting music, visually stunning stock video footage, and professional editing to bring it all together. This video will be a great resource for anyone looking to understand the project, and I am confident it will effectively convey the information and goals of the project.
Personas
I’ve performed several user interviews, including a total immersion into a coffee shop life, to understand the experience and reason why people love to hang out in a coffee shop. I was looking to uncover the motivations that bring people to work and connect in a public spot.
Key insights we discovered were that Coffee shops allow you to change the environment, bring new stimulation, and encourage inspiration are the strongest motivations to go out for a coffee.
Another point to the good of coffee shops is networking. You watch people working there, connect with them, listen to new ideas that may inspire you, and provide solutions. Business meetings in coffee shops have advantages, too: the atmosphere of such locations is promotive of conversation, so it’s a great chance to get maximum out of this environment.

Problem
Even if the primary goal of going to work in a coffee shop is networking and interact with new people, users are struggling to introduce themselves as everyone appears concentrated on their work.
These problems brought up two main questions:
1 – How can we find a way to drop the barricades and stimulate the interaction?
2 – How to get more from going to work in a coffee shop?
Solution
I launched a social network that works only within the coffee shop IP and see how the customers react.
This test helped find a solution to drive the interaction between customers.
The result was extremely positive; users started signing up from day one, sharing their professional skills, and making himself available for cooperation and help each other. More than 200 profiles were created within 40 days recording more interaction and check-ins then competitors like Facebook, Foursquare and Yelp. Another positive thing was that the owner was impressed by the potential of this project that wanted to pay a monthly fee in order to manage his own page on Coffeewall.
